family application
You’ll complete our family application which will be our initial contact to gather a baseline of your family’s needs.

welcome call
After receiving your family application, we’ll quickly be in touch to get to know your family and nanny needs.

search fee
After your Welcome Call, you’ll receive a services proposal, contract and invoice to pay your $500 search fee.

interview
You’ll receive nanny profiles tailored to your family’s needs and pick who you’d like to interview and coordinate interviews.

trial
We advise that all of our families host a minimum of 1-2 trial dates for their final candidates to ensure a good fit!

hire
Once decided, we’ll help you to finalize an offer of employment and wrapping up a formal employment agreement.
nanny options
LONG TERM NANNY
A long-term nanny can work either part-time or full-time for more than 12 weeks.

18% of the Nanny’s first year salary based on 52 weeks.
$500 to initiate your search
$3500 minimum fee
15% of the Nanny’s first year salary for HBC Night Clients.
TEMP NANNY
A short-term nanny would work less than a 22 week period (defined) in a calendar year with an end date.

Our in-house team provides all Daytime and Overnight Newborn services!
