Compensation: $27–$35/hr, depending on experience
Expected Yearly Comp: $56,000 - $90,000 depending on rate, OT and travel
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, may be open to more hours
Commitment: 1–2 years, the family will be moving after this period and it would be a bonus if the nanny moved with them, but not required.

They are new parents to a sweet baby boy born in September 2025 and are seeking someone who can provide expert infant care and partner with them through his next stages of growth and development.
Mom will be returning to work part-time from home as a mental health counselor, requiring focused work hours, while Dad is in the military with an internship schedule that can include travel lasting 5 days to two weeks. As a family without relatives nearby, they’ve built a warm, supportive community of friends and value a nanny who can truly become part of their family’s rhythm and routine.
They are looking for a nanny who is experienced in infant development, starting solids, and transitioning from breast milk to formula. Someone who can confidently guide them through milestones, maintain a nurturing and calm energy, and communicate openly about baby’s progress will be the perfect fit. Their parenting style blends structure and schedule with flexibility and plenty of loving contact — think balance between routine and snuggles!
The family enjoys an active lifestyle with walks, reading time, and no screen time for baby. They would love their nanny to take baby on outings like swim lessons, library visits, physical therapy or doctor appointments, and general adventures as he grows. Occasional travel with the family (3–4 times a year) would be a wonderful bonus!

Comfortable with a dog in the home
Authorized to work in the United States
Passport that allows for Easy Travel and Few Restrictions
Flexible schedule to stay with children when parents travel for 1-2 weeks at a time
