Just as no baby is the same, no family is the same. We partner with families and together create a customized care plan based on your needs, parenting style, goals and personality to match you with the perfect Newborn Care Specialist and ensure you have the right amount of support.
There is no one size fits all plan when it comes to families + babies. We support both respectful care and attachment parenting. With lactation support we will support your breastfeeding goals and on the same token, will support you in bottle feeding. Only you can decide what is best for your baby.

WORK WITH ALEXIS
Due to limited availability and high demand, Alexis’ rates for newborn care both begin at $45+/hr in Dallas, TX and $60/hr outside of DFW- depending on location, duties and number of babies. 24/7 Care ranges from $1200-1800/day for Newborn Care and Postpartum Recovery Support.
WORK WITH A TEAM MEMBER
We have a wonderful and diverse team of skilled caregivers ready to support your family! Our Team members rates begin at $25-50/hr depending on the location, number of babies and duties required. Rates very for services depending on specialized needs, experience and travel. Our Newborn Care Specialists, Night Nannies, and Nurses often book 3-9 months in advance, but we can normally accommodate last minute care for a limited number of families.
