How much care should I book?
Fresh Postpartum Support
4 weeks of care
Baby will still be waking every 2-3 hours overnight
10-12 hours shifts are common
The First 6 weeks
6 weeks of care
Baby will still be waking every 3-4 hours for feeds, more often for needs outside of feeding
Breastfeeding should be fairly established by this point
Some babies are sleeping 5-6 hours (think a 12pm and 3 or 4am feed)
Sleep Shaping & Parent Education
8 weeks of care
Some babies are still waking every 3-4 hours, others are sleeping a 6-8 hours initial stretch with another early morning feed
Sleep is expanding overnight, baby is learning patterns so may wake more outside of feeding but should only need 1-2 feed per night
Sleep Conditioning
12 weeks of care
Many bottle fed babies are sleeping through the night or super close to it between 11-14 weeks, this applies to some breastfed babies as well
Transitional Coverage
14 weeks of care
Many of our moms are back at work around 12 weeks, 14 weeks gives them space to go back to work while we fine tune sleeping through the night.
This care is great for a mom who wants peace of mind OR has multiples!
Full Coverage Support
8 weeks of care
Your baby should be sleeping through the night and past the 4 month sleep regression by this point.
This is full coverage support, obviously some babies are outside of this timeline, but this a great for breastfeeding moms, families who want to spend the first few months cuddling their babies OR those who don’t want to feel rushed and stressed regarding sleeping through the night.
