**Location:** Dallas, TX (Local candidates preferred | No-live in)
**Schedule:** ROTA — 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off 7am-8pm
**Compensation:** $30-35+/hr + Bonus + $500/mo Health Reimbursement
**Total Base Comp:** $90,870 - $106,015+ per year. Open for the perfect fit.

**Start Date:** Between **March 1st-May 1st, 2025**

**Travel:** Around 8–10 weeks per year 🌍

With one playful older kiddo in half-day school and a new baby on the way, they’re looking for a nanny who’s ready to jump in, create memories, and grow with their family long-term. 💛

🧸 What You’ll Be Doing

Providing loving, developmentally focused care for two kiddos 👶👧
Supporting structured routines and sleep training
Planning fun activities — painting, park days, zoo trips, crafts, and playdates 🎨🦒
Encouraging curiosity and independence (they love Montessori-style learning!)
Traveling with the family (domestic & international!) ✈️
Helping with kid-related organization, meal prep, laundry & light household support (think: groceries, unpacking, assembling baby gear)
Teaming up with another amazing nanny — this family loves collaboration and communication!
