Pay: $25-32+/hr
⏰ Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm (32 GH)
This loving family is looking for a nurturing, reliable nanny to step in and support them as they adjust to life with their newest little one! Their baby girl will be about 4.5 months old when care begins, and she’ll eventually head to daycare in spring 2026. Until then, they’d love a warm caregiver who can help her thrive during these important first months.
The Role:
🍼 Focus on infant care — feedings, naps, and all the sweet developmental moments
😴 Support healthy daytime sleep habits (the family plans to begin sleep training around 4 months)
📚 Encourage a screen-free environment filled with reading, play, and learning
👕 Light baby-related household tasks like laundry, bottles, and tidying up
👦 Occasional time with big brother (home from school here and there!)
The Schedule:
📅 Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. (32 hours/week guaranteed)
⏳ Flexibility for occasional extra hours if needed
🏡 Parents work hybrid schedules (one works from home full-time, the other a mix of home and office)
