A busy, loving family is seeking an experienced Household Manager/Nanny to support their three children, all under the age of six. Both parents are attorneys with demanding careers and are looking for someone who can help keep their household running smoothly while allowing them to remain engaged, present parents during evenings and weekends.

The children attend camp during the summer until approximately 3:00 p.m. and are in school from August through May until 5:00–5:30 p.m. Parents handle all school and camp drop-offs and pickups.

Grandma splits her time between Italy and Dallas, typically spending four to five months abroad and six to eight months living with the family. When she is home, she is very involved in household life and prepares meals for the family. The family also employs a cleaning service and is not seeking a housekeeper.

Instead, they are searching for a true household partner—someone who can take ownership of the countless moving pieces that keep a busy home functioning beautifully.

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday through Friday

  • Approximately 12:00 p.m.–8:00/9:00 p.m.

  • Guaranteed 40–45 hours per week

  • $30–40 per hour, depending on experience

  • 2–3 weeks of paid vacation

  • 3–5 paid sick days

  • 1–2 personal days
