✔️ What We’re Looking For
Professional experience in newborn or postpartum care
Relevant certifications (NCS, Doula, CPR/Safety, etc.)
Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism
A nurturing, patient, and confident approach to infant care
Ability to work independently and support families with discretion
Must pass background checks
