With years of hands-on experience as a Sleep Consultant, Night Nanny, and Postpartum Doula, she understands just how meaningful and vulnerable this stage of life can be for new parents. Heather approaches every family with warmth, patience, and respect, creating a space where parents feel comfortable asking questions, learning new skills, and settling into their own parenting style.
