A wonderful family in Frisco is looking for a kind, proactive, and developmentally-minded nanny to care for their infant son! This family is looking for someone to partner with —ideally someone who loves engaging babies with enriching activities and becomes an extension of their home. Mom is home and hands-on, and Dad has a demanding professional athletic career. They’re seeking someone who is confident in supporting a consistent routine and is excited to foster growth and development.
The role is primarily focused on infant care, with occasional help needed for their sweet and independent 7-year-old when school is out. The ideal candidate will be warm, communicative, and experienced with infants, with a natural ability to create a structured, enriching environment.
Start: May 2025, starting with a 6 month contract with the possibility of extending if it's a great fit
Schedule Options: Monday–Friday, any of the following:7:00am – 12:00pm
8:00am – 12:00pm
8:00am – 1:00pm
Guaranteed 20–25 hours/week depending on schedule selected
Compensation: $28–$35/hr DOE
Vacation:2 weeks paid vacation + 5 sick days (1-year contract)
1 week paid vacation + 3 sick days (6-month contract)
Travel: Occasional travel with the family is requested
Qualifications:
2+ years of recent nanny experience with infants
Familiarity with infant development and milestones
Comfortable maintaining a daily schedule
Excellent communication skills; warm, open, and professional
Willingness to grow with the family and adapt to new routines as baby ages
Legal to work in the U.S. and willing to be paid legally (W-2)
Ability to travel with the family

Brings energy and ideas for playtime and enrichment
Understands boundaries and works well in a home where a parent is present
Proactive and trustworthy; can take the lead on all baby-related tasks
Reliable, fun, and enjoys collaborating with parents on milestones
Responsibilities Include:
All baby-related care: feeding, changing, soothing, playtime, and nap routines
Light meal prep once solids are introduced
Occasional help with older child on non-school days
Supporting safe, engaging activities in the home (outings allowed in future)
