With one playful older kiddo in half-day school and a new baby on the way, they’re looking for a nanny who’s ready to jump in, create memories, and grow with their family long-term.
🧸 What You’ll Be Doing
Providing loving, developmentally focused care for two kiddos 👶👧
Supporting structured routines and sleep training
Planning fun activities — painting, park days, zoo trips, crafts, and playdates 🎨🦒
Encouraging curiosity and independence (they love Montessori-style learning!)
Traveling with the family (domestic & international!) ✈️
Helping with kid-related organization, meal prep, laundry & light household support (think: groceries, unpacking, assembling baby gear)
Teaming up with another amazing nanny — this family loves collaboration and communication!

The family is flexible and open to two great schedule options to ensure full coverage:
🔁 Option 1: ROTA Schedule
🗓️ 7 Days ON / 7 Days OFF
💰 Paid overtime where applicable
Ideal for nannies who love extended time off between rotations ✈️🧘♀️
📆 Option 2: Split-Week Team
👩🍼 Nanny #1: 4 days per week
👩🍼 Nanny #2: 3 days per week
Seamless teamwork to cover all 7 days 💪
🧩 Both options include clear hand-offs and great communication between nannies for smooth transitions.
