Infant Nanny Needed for Dallas Family (#NB75205)
Sweet family in the heart of Dallas seeking a long-term nanny for their infant. This dual professional family needs a driven, knowledgeable and reliable nanny to partner with them for the next several years until their kiddo heads off to school. They value independent sleep, routine and a nanny who will take the day and run the home independently. They both travel for work and have an apartment in NYC they travel to fairly often for work, sometimes with their baby. They plan to spend 1-2 weeks in NYC this summer at least twice and would like their nanny to join them. The nanny will have their own room while they are in NYC.
Age of Child: 3-4 months
Start date: ASAP / March 2024
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am-6pm)
Compensation: Offering an hourly rate between $25-30+/hr
Benefits: 2 Weeks of Vacation + 5 Days PTO
Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Infant experience with a baby between 3 and 6 months at the time of start.
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
Ideal Candidate:
Has a kind and warm disposition to pair with a heart of service.
Proactive about interacting with baby throughout the day.
Willing to collaborate and follow a Eat/Play/Sleep schedule.
Is happy to jump right in and be a team player as these super sweet first time parents figure out their flow and parenting style over the next 6-12 months.
