📍 Location: Frisco, TX (Travel Required)
Compensation: $27-30+/hr
Vacation: 2-3 weeks + Sick days

⏰ Schedule: To be discussed | ~30–40 hrs/week, although you may not work FT every week. Flexible as they’d like the nanny fully available to their family to travel and stay with the kiddos when they stay solo. 3 week days + Saturday. Currently their Nanny works 12pm-5pm M/T/W and Saturdays 2pm-8pm

They’re preparing for baby #3 who they will hopefully welcome in Late 2026 or Early 2027 and need a reliable, proactive nanny who can grow with their family. ❤️👶

A developmentally-focused, type-A nanny who is:

🧠 Core Responsibilities
Developmental play + milestone tracking 📚
Light tidying, organizing toys, and kid laundry 🧺
Weekend coverage for date days 💕
Family assistant support (errands, kid scheduling, prep help)
Travel with the family or Stay Home with the kiddos (6–8x/year, including holidays & overseas trips) 🌴🛫
Pet-friendly (French Bulldog 🐶)
Occasional overnights when parents travel

🕕 4:30 AM – Dad gym
🕡 5:45 AM – Mom home workout
🕖 6:30 AM – Kiddos up
🍳 Chef makes breakfast | Mom plates + serves
🏫 Kids off to school/daycare
🕘 Mom in office 8:45 AM–3 PM
🏃♂️ Dad handles after-school pickup + Kumon (Nanny will likely take this over)
🍽 Dinner @ 5 PM | Bedtime @ 7:45 PM
