📍 Location: Frisco, TX (Travel Required)

Compensation: $27-30/hr

Vacation: 2-3 weeks + Sick days

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 2 Kiddos (Ages 3 & 7)

⏰ Schedule: To be discussed | ~30–40 hrs/week, although you may not work FT every week. Flexible as they’d like the nanny fully available to their family to travel and stay with the kiddos when they stay solo. 3 week days + Saturday & Sunday. Weekends are a big need!

This loving, adventurous family owns a medical device company 🩺🌎 and travels frequently — often bringing their two kids along! Their parenting style is hands-on, structured, and values-driven. They’re preparing for baby #3 who they will hopefully welcome in Late 2026 or Early 2027  and need a reliable, proactive nanny who can grow with their family. ❤️👶

A developmentally-focused, type-A nanny who is:
✅ Experienced with toddlers & school-age kids
✅ Physically active & able to keep up
✅ Proactive, collaborative, and communicative 💬
✅ Emotionally mature and aligned with Christian family values 🙏
✅ Comfortable traveling frequently (passport + Global Entry required 🌍✈️)
✅ Bilingual a big plus! 🗣️🌎
✅ Not too young — someone with life experience preferred

🧠 Core Responsibilities

• Developmental play + milestone tracking 📚

• Light tidying, organizing toys, and kid laundry 🧺

• Weekend coverage for date days 💕

• Family assistant support (errands, kid scheduling, prep help)

• Travel with the family or Stay Home with the kiddos (6–8x/year, including holidays & overseas trips) 🌴🛫

• Pet-friendly (French Bulldog 🐶)

• Occasional overnights when parents travel

🏡 Daily Rhythm

🕕 4:30 AM – Dad gym
🕡 5:45 AM – Mom home workout
🕖 6:30 AM – Kiddos up
🍳 Chef makes breakfast | Mom plates + serves
🏫 Kids off to school/daycare
🕘 Mom in office 8:45 AM–3 PM
🏃‍♂️ Dad handles after-school pickup + Kumon (Nanny will likely take this over)
🍽 Dinner @ 5 PM | Bedtime @ 7:45 PM
🎉 Weekends = sports, birthday parties, events, and office visits for mom + dad
